How big is the room and how is it laid out?
The room measures 570 sq. ft. and is a one-bedroom suite. It has a dining area and a kitchenette with a minibar, an electric kettle and an espresso maker. Standard rooms at the resort are around 462 sq. ft., so this suite has noticeably more space.
What is the bathroom like?
It is a private bathroom with a shower. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, a hair dryer and free toiletries are provided. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not supplied, so pack your own.
What is in the kitchenette, and can I make my own coffee?

The resort is directly on Playa Santa Pilar. Sunbeds, sunshades, hammocks, and complimentary kayaks and paddleboards are available there. It is on Carretera Costera Norte, km 5.8, about 5.5 km from the center of Cozumel and the ferry terminal. Cozumel International Airport is about 6.8 km away, roughly a 10-minute trip.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Guests need to show photo ID and a credit card at check-in. The hotel also asks for a card authorization or cash deposit to cover incidentals.
